REVEGRID · GTM SYSTEMS

We build and run the outbound, agents and context your revenue team is missing. In your tools. Yours to keep.

Outbound, inbound and AI agents on your CRM and Slack, measured per version from week one, with a person approving what the system can't decide.

We look at your stack and what eats your team's hours. You leave with the first thing we'd build.

ReveGrid is Ramiro Vega.
The person on your call is the person who builds your system.

Why us

You already have the tools. We build what connects them.

  • Clay as the orchestrator. Clay is an orchestrator, not a data tool. We use it to chain providers, score and push to your CRM.
  • Data before promises. We measure which fields are full and which are empty before we design an agent.
  • A person approves in Slack. What the system can't decide goes to the assigned person, who approves, fixes or drops it.
  • Founder-led, with a name. Ramiro Vega builds every system himself.

Works with: Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Slack, Claude via MCP, n8n.

PIPELINE

Outbound that books meetings. Inbound that doesn't leak.

“I need pipeline without adding SDRs.”

What we do.

We write to an account when something happened, not because a list has a date. A new VP Sales, open SDR roles, a known account back on your pricing page. Inbound runs on the same engine: every lead gets an owner, a Slack alert and a deadline.

The mechanism.

Signal → enrich → score → message → run. A person approves before anything goes out.

Two ways to buy it. Same engine, different owner.

Who owns it
Lists and account data are yours.
  • No guaranteed meetings, and no fee per meeting. You pay for the system working, measured, or for the operation.
  • Start with Results. Move to System when you want it in-house.
  • Tools, data and sending are paid by you, at cost.

We do

  • Written ICP and account criteria
  • Lists, enrichment and scoring
  • Copy and sequences, approved by you
  • Sending infrastructure (in Results, the domains too)
  • CRM sync and a report per version

You bring

  • An internal owner with two hours a week
  • Fast response to what comes in
  • Access to your CRM and sequencer
  • A tools budget

Inbound routing can also be a build of its own. Price set on the call.

OPERATIONS

The repetitive work, done by agents your team approves.

“My team loses hours in research, the CRM and reports.”

What we do.

  • RevOps foundations. CRM fields that get filled, scored accounts, routed leads and a pipeline dashboard.
  • Agents on the process. Account research, enrichment, personalization, CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
  • Ready to install. A proposal and sales-deck generator with brand templates, usable from Claude over MCP. A pipeline auditor on your CRM or warehouse.
  • Custom. A two-week sprint at a fixed price.

The mechanism.

Every agent ships with an automatic reviewer that checks its output against your cases and rules. It gets three rounds to fix itself. If it still fails, the case goes to the assigned person in Slack. You see the share of cases solved with no human.

We do

  • Measure the data before we build
  • One piece working in the first two weeks
  • Reviewer, three-round cap and Slack alert
  • Docs, so your team maintains it

You bring

  • An owner for each process
  • CRM access and the rules you follow today
  • Someone who answers the Slack alerts

Entry: a two-week sprint at a fixed price, set on the call. Monthly operation is optional.

INTELLIGENCE & CONTEXT

What your team already knows, where your AI can use it.

“I repeat the same context in every chat. My AI doesn't know what we know.”

What we do.

  • A context repo with an owner per folder. Sources and current context, each with a date and an owner.
  • A skill where your team already works: Claude, Cursor or MCP.
  • Proof that it helps. The same real tasks, with and without the context, with traps and an outside judge.
  • What your calls and CRM say. We read calls, closed deals and lost deals. You get segments, objections and competitors, each with a link to its source.

The mechanism.

Context with owner and date → skill → output, and what holds up gets written back as context.

We do

  • Pick one workflow and build the repo
  • Connect the skill and run the with/without test
  • Hand it over

You bring

  • An owner for each context folder
  • The calls, deals and docs to read
  • Someone to keep the folders current

Entry: a two-week sprint at a fixed price, set on the call.

CONTENT

A LinkedIn engine for your company, with review built in.

“Nobody posts for the company.”

What we do.

Your company posts on LinkedIn in the founder's voice, from what you do and measure. Every piece names its source and passes a check before it goes out. It's the same review system Ramiro runs for his own brand.

The mechanism.

Idea → draft → check → published, with its own visual.

  • No promised cadence. We set it with data after the first month.

We do

  • Strategy per profile: pillars and templates
  • An idea bank loaded from your material
  • Drafts with their visual
  • Reach and replies per piece, measured

You bring

  • An internal owner who approves every piece
  • Your material: calls, cases, numbers you can share

Entry: monthly, for one profile, at a price set on the call.

How we work

  1. Two weeks to the first deliverable.

Every block starts with something working in two weeks.

  2. Metrics for every version.

Each version of a flow or agent reports its numbers.

  3. A bank of real cases.

Replies, bounces, bad data and Slack overrides become test cases. No new version ships without passing them.

  4. A person approves in Slack.

  5. It runs on your side.

On an always-on machine of yours, with your access and keys.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

A fit if you:

  • Sell B2B with a defined sales process.
  • Already have the tools, and nobody to build the system.
  • Have a budget for Clay, a CRM and a sequencer.
  • Can name an internal owner with two hours a week.
  • Sell into a market of at least 20,000 accounts that match your ICP (4,000 in LATAM).
  • Have customers worth enough over their lifetime to pay for outbound. We check both on the call.

Not a fit if you:

  • Don't have a defined sales process yet.
  • Want AI magic or results in a week. There is always a human for the exceptions.
  • Have no budget for tools.
  • Have nobody who will own the system.
  • Need months of procurement and security review. A one-person studio can't serve that.

We work in English and Spanish.

Pricing

Every engagement has a fixed price, set on the call once we've seen your stack and your market.

Tools, data and sending are billed at cost and shown to you. No fee per meeting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who owns what we build?

You do. The flow, tables, messages, lists, data, docs and tool accounts are in your name. In Results, the lists and account data are yours; the sending domains are ours.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No, and we don't charge per meeting. Booking meetings depends on many things we don't control. You pay for a system that works and is measured, or for the operation.

Can my team maintain it?

Yes. We train the person who will run it until they do a run on their own, with the docs.

How long does it take?

Two weeks to the first deliverable. The outbound System takes three to four weeks end to end.

Which tools do you work with?

Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Slack, n8n and Claude via MCP. We use the CRM and sequencer you already pay for.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish.

What if an agent makes a mistake?

An automatic reviewer checks every output. After three failed rounds, the case goes to a person in Slack, who approves, fixes or drops it. That case joins the test bank.

What if Ramiro isn't around?

The system doesn't depend on him. The machine, the scripts and the access are yours, and everything is documented.
